Happy Hive is a coworking space with business consultancy, business registration, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services geared towards community building for startup companies and professionals. We are located at 105-A Matimtiman St., Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Accounting Officer who wants to work with a progressive team and community of professionals and other startup companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company and clients
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Complies with national and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Training of assigned accounting assistant and/or staff.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
New graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge in Quickbooks or Xero (an advantage)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Above average typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
Php 15,000.00 – Php 18,000.00
