Happy Hive is a coworking space with business consultancy, business registration, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services geared towards community building for startup companies and professionals. We are located at 105-A Matimtiman St., Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants to work with a progressive team and community of professionals and other startup companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with several documents. They should be excellent at processing and storing files, and have good communications skills.

Responsibilities

Document processing and handling
Business permits duties
Keep the team updated with business permits news and regulations
Supply Management
Coordination with team members and clients
Client tasks and coordination

Qualifications

No work experience required
Willing to come to the office every working day
Highly organized
Reporting Skills
Administrative Writing Skills
With basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Google Drive
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 45 wpm typing speed

Monthly Salary

Php 13,000.00 – Php 15,000.00
