Happy Hive is a coworking space with business consultancy, business registration, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services geared towards community building for startup companies and professionals. We are located at 105-A Matimtiman St., Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Administrative Staff who wants to work with a progressive team and community of professionals and other startup companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with several documents. They should be excellent at processing and storing files, and have good communications skills.

Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties
Encoding
Physical filing and organization
Electronic filing and organization
Bank errands
Coordination with team members
Assist with inventory control

Qualifications

No work experience required
Highly organized
With basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Google Drive
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 40 wpm typing speed

Monthly Salary

Php 9,500.00 – Php 12,500.00
