Happy Hive is a coworking space with business registration, bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, and consultancy services geared towards community-building for startup companies and professionals. We are located at 105-A Matimtiman St., Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.

What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for an Administrative Staff to work with our progressive crew and community of professionals and startups.

What we’re after: Someone as organized as a beehive, who can gracefully handle a bunch of documents without breaking a sweat. Your file-processing skills should be sharper than a bee’s stinger, and your communication game should be as smooth as honey sliding down a honey dipper.

Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties
Encoding
Physical filing and organization
Electronic filing and organization
Bank errands
Coordination with team members
Assist with inventory control

Qualifications

No work experience required
Highly organized
With basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Google Drive
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 40 wpm typing speed

Monthly Salary

Php 11,800 – Php 13,800

Work Arrangement

Office-based. Office located in Quezon City.
